100% Attendance

Well done to the 55 children who had 100% attendance last half term, everyone had a certificate and special pencil as a reward.

Easter Celebrations

We had a fantastic day today. There were competitions for the best 'Decorated Egg' and 'Easter hat' followed by the age old tradition of 'Egg Pacing' on the yard. More photos on the school website. http://llanhariprimaryschool.yolasite.com/easter-2014.php

Book Day

We all had a fantastic day today, dressing up for book day. Thank you to all the parents who attended our reading breakfast.

Strike action

Reminder. No school tomorrow for classes 1, 2 and 7 due to strike action by the NUT.

Sports relief

Well done everyone, we raised £141 for Sports Relief.

Strike action

The NUT (National Union of Teachers) have chosen to take strike action on Wednesday 26th March. We have carried out a risk assessment and informed the Director of Education of our decision:

We have 3 teachers who are members of this union. It has been decided that school will only be open on this day for pupils in classes of teachers not on strike. 

Class 1: NO school

Class 2: NO school

Class 3: school open

Class 4: school open

Class 5: school open

Class 6: school open

Class 7: NO school

Parents will have to make alternative arrangements for this day for the 3 classes on strike. School will open as normal on Thursday 27th March.
